On Sunday, June 21, 2026, our Summer Concert took place at the International School on the Rhineespite the very hot weather, more than 100 motivated students from Musicbox Oxana took to the stage. Divided into four groups, they proudly showcased what they had learned throughout the year.
It was an unforgettable day filled with music, enthusiasm, and great spirits. We are incredibly proud of all the participants and would like to thank the families and guests for their support!

On Saturday, May 9, we were delighted to be part of this fantastic event—not only by providing the stage sound and technical support, but also by bringing two full children's bands that performed with great joy, enthusiasm, and energy.
On Sunday, April 26, the Meerbad Park turned into the perfect stage for an unforgettable day at the Meerbusch Cherry Blossom Festival! The Musicbox Band from the International School on the Rhine brought amazing energy to the crowd with their favorite pop songs Hannan, Olivia, Gian, Brent, Pablo, and Daniel once again rocked the stage – pure energy!
Yesterday, the students of our music school, MusicBox Oxana, had the wonderful opportunity to participate in an inspiring masterclass with Professor Ilia Sheps at the Anton Rubinstein Academy.
A special highlight was our student Mian Wang, who has been living in Germany for only one year and had already attended a masterclass with Professor Sheps in Shanghai in 2019 at the age of seven — what a small world!
Mian, Mathilda, Aniego, Hanru, and Lena would like to express their heartfelt thanks for this valuable experience, filled with beautiful musical moments.

Our Winter Concerts Were a Wonderful Highlight
Our MusicBox Oxana Winter Concerts were once again a truly special highlight this year! On December 7 at ISR and on December 14 at the Bechstein Centrum, our students showed their amazing talents — singing, dancing, and performing on guitar, drums, piano, violin, and many other instruments.
We had an amazing time at our MusicBox booth — a huge thank you to our wonderful teachers and, of course, our incredibly talented students for making the stage come alive!

On June 9th 2024, the Music School Musicbox Oxana brought the Summer Concert 2024 to life at ISR. Over 70 students ranging from 4 to 16 years old captivated the audience with their musical abilities, from the very beginners to advanced prize winners. With 250 attendees immersed in a world of melodies from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, it was an unforgettable day filled with joy and music. From vocals to piano, violin, guitar, and drums, the young talents showcased a variety of genres including classical, pop, and jazz. Even the teachers took the stage, enriching the event with their own performances. It’s wonderful to hear that Musicbox Oxana is delighted with such successes and can welcome a multitude of motivated and music-loving students.
On December 17, 2023, 60 students from Musicbox Oxana had the uniqueopportunity to showcase their musical talents at the elegant BechsteinDüsseldorf. A heartfelt thanks goes to the teachers for their valuablecontribution and dedicated support. Both students and teachers impressedwith outstanding musical performances on this remarkable day, marked bychallenging yet beautiful melodies. Their collaborative effortssignificantly contributed to presenting a musical standard thatunderscores the versatility and quality of musical education at MusicboxOxana.
On December 10, 2023, the winter concert of Musicbox Oxana took place at ISR. Over 110 students, ranging from 5 to 16 years old, showcased their talents in the festive atmosphere of the International School Neuss lobby. Alongside impressive performances spanning classical to pop and rock, the concert featured dynamic drumming displays that captivated the audience. The stage became a platform for diverse acts, including beginners and advanced students on the brink of competitions. It was a musical evening that highlighted the range of talents among the young artists, immersing the audience in a celebratory mood.
On December 1, 2023, Santa Claus paid a visit to ISR KindergartenMeerbusch. Together with children, parents, and our teacher Maja, joyfulChristmas carols filled the air, creating a delightful atmosphere. Theradiant faces of the children revealed their excitement as Santa Clausdistributed small gifts. On October 21, Musicbox Oxana successfully showcased a musical performance during the ISR Open Day. Fifteen students presented a diverse range of pieces, including piano solos and duets, violin, guitar, and percussion. It was an impressive demonstration of musical diversity that captivated the ISR guests.

In June, the Musicbox Oxana was able to hold its summer concerts again. Our young and old students were able to show off their talent in a beautiful atmosphere.
Both concerts were very well attended, friends, family and all fans were there to appreciate and celebrate our students' individual performances. There was singing and piano playing. There were performances on the guitar and electric guitar, and performances on the drums and violin also received strong applause. A total of 80 students appeared at the ISR in Neuss and another 60 students at the Bechstein Center. We all had a lot of fun and we look back very fondly on both concerts. Many thanks to all students for your commitment and enthusiasm for music. Thank you to all parents for your support.

On May 6, 2023, it was that time again: The ISR celebrated the largest spring festival since the ISR was founded in Neuss with all of its students and their families.
The teaching team from Musicbox Oxana was of course also there and was able to advise many interested parties about music lessons and the instruments.
We are very proud to be part of this community as a long-standing partner of the ISR - and are looking forward to the next event in August.
The Musicbox Oxana team finally had another winter concert with their students!
After a long break caused by the pandemic, the Musicbox Oxana team was finally able to celebrate another winter concert with over 100 performances and the families of the students on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
The little ones from the various kindergartens of the ISR and the Musicbox Oxana began with beautiful winter and Christmas songs, supported by their teachers.
Further concert groups showed their skills until the end with the third and fourth groups, the advanced students surprised the audience with their magnificent performances on the piano, violin or guitar, drums, saxophone and even with their singing.
The highlight of the day was also the performances by the Musicbox teacher band, who entertained those present with bass guitar, electric guitar, drums, piano and vocals.
It was a wonderful concert day and the music school management, Oxana Koppers and the entire teaching team thanked their hard-working students and their families as grateful listeners.

After a long pandemic break, live music could finally be played again, instruments could be tried out and interesting conversations could be had.
The Musicbox Oxana teaching team had the opportunity to show their music again this year - there was our singing teacher Mako, our bass guitarist Michael, our drummer Andrew, our pianist Anna, our guitarist Catarina and our teacher Andrey on the electric guitar.
Many children and parents were advised by our two pianists Dongni and Rem - as well as by Oxana Koppers, the music school director and Barbara, the Musicbox coordinator.
Everyone enjoyed this opportunity to explain the instruments and advise many families. The crowd was very large and the families were able to find out extensively about all the offers in the ISR and the Musicbox.
We look forward to the next event in the ISR in this context!
The team of lecturers and their music students presented a fascinating concert with all facets and musical genres open air at the MeerMusik festival on June 11, 2022 in Meerbusch.
The Musicbox Oxana was there with many students and their entire team of lecturers at the open air festival MeerMusik in all parts of Meerbusch!
At the market square location in Meerbusch Lank-Latum, our great students presented themselves for a whole Saturday and the entire team of lecturers challenged the audience to dance, sing along and just enjoy the music.
Musicbox-Oxana – successful at “Jugend musiziert”
This year's “Jugend-musiziert competition” of the Rhein-Kreis-Neuss took place on Saturday, January 22nd, 2022, in which the Musicbox-Oxana based in Meerbusch, Neuss and Düsseldorf also took part.
Three students were prepared for the competition in the “Violin” category by the teaching team Denis Kryukov, violinist, and Oxana Koppers, pianist and music school director.
All students performed as the best in their age group, an outstanding result. Specifically, Xitong Peng (1st prize, 25 points) and Louisa Hubbert (1st prize, 24 points) took first places in the Rhein-Kreis-Neuss ranking in age group 1B, which only took place as a regional competition.
Zhou Jun Li (1st prize, 23 points) achieved passage to the NRW state competition in the next higher age group II due to his excellent placement, which will be held shortly.
A great overall performance by the talented and hard-working students under the guidance of their ambitious teachers. All members of the music school, the students involved and not forgetting the parents who support their children can look proud of what has been achieved.

The Musicbox Oxana presents its work
On Saturday, October 23rd, Oxana Koppers' team had the opportunity again to present our work as music teachers in the Musicbox Oxana.
Starting from kindergarten, through primary school classes 1-4, up to 12th grade, there were many interested families in the ISR who wanted to find out about the wide range of leisure activities on offer.
Our instruments - drums, piano, violin and guitar and many percussion instruments - were tried out with a lot of fun and one or two students in the music box played a short piece to the delight of the visitors.
It was once again a great pleasure for all the teachers on the team to meet so many families interested in music and to have good conversations.

The Musicbox Oxana took part in a digital competition of the renowned regional competition “Jugend musiziert”.
A total of 15 students prepared and took part in the competition with a team of teachers in the categories “Piano Four Hands” and “Saxophone Solo”.
During the difficult times of the pandemic for everyone involved, 90% of music lessons only took place online.
Nevertheless, with great success: all piano students and one saxophone student took first place in their age groups at the Rhein-Kreis Neuss competition! And that's not all: three other students received a special prize in Neuss for the best interpretations of a work by a composer (saxophone, our student YUKI) and a contemporary work (piano four hands, our students DANIEL and LAWRENCE).
Two other students (AMANDA and MINSI) also received 1st place in Düsseldorf with direct passage to the NRW state competition.
Four older students from Musicbox Oxana (two saxophone soloists and a piano duo) were forwarded to the NRW state competition, which will take place shortly.
